Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the stay-at-home order issued by the Governor, Appalachian Power is temporarily delaying our energy efficiency programs, including eScore™ visits, for the safety of our customers, communities and employees.

Customers who had a previously scheduled an eScore energy assessment between Wednesday, March 25 and Saturday, April 11, will be contacted shortly to reschedule. If you wish to reschedule now, please call 888-261-4567.

If you have scheduled weatherization services through a local Community Action Agency, you will need to contact your local agency to reschedule services.

We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes to our programs as quickly as possible.

Since Appalachian Power is suspending all non-emergency programs at this time, no appointments are currently being scheduled for our energy efficiency programs, including eScore™ visits. Our priority, as always, is the health and safety of the customers, employees and communities we support.

For low income weatherization services, contact your local Community Action Agency to determine the current availability of appointments and services.
