*In-home appointments now available *
Appalachian Power had suspended all non-emergency programs during COVID-19 stay-at-home orders in WV to ensure the health and safety of the customers, employees, and communities we support.
Beginning June 1, in-home eScore™ appointments became available again. For more information, the eScore™ program or to reschedule a previously held in-home appointment, please click Schedule Now below, or call 888-261-4567. There also are a limited number of Virtual eScore appointments available for customers who do not feel comfortable with an energy advisor in their homes.
For low-income weatherization services, contact your local community action agency to determine the current availability of appointments and services.
