Energy-Light Cooking: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Use this simple microwave recipe for a tasty and low-wattage homemade chip dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rotisserie, or any pre-cooked, chicken
  • 1/2 cup of cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese
  • Your favorite dipping chip

Directions

1. Cut pre-cooked chicken into small pieces and place into a microwavable safe bowl.

2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.

3. Place into microwave and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Remove from microwave to mix.

5. Microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
